In our Experience Corner, explore iconic traditional attire that represents the multicultural fabric of Singapore, from cheongsams to sarongs, samsui woman headdress and more. Relive childhood memories with heritage games such as five stones, chapteh, and gah-seng, offering a playful glimpse into the past. Marvel at vintage kitchen utensils, coffee strainers, and other implements that were integral to daily life, offering a tangible connection to the heritage stories behind the dishes.
Marina Central District & BELLS Baking Studio
The Marina Central Business Improvement District (BID) was formed in November 2019 as a non-profit organisation committed to support businesses in the district by fostering a community for common good and enliven the spaces in the district. The stakeholders are Marina Square, Millenia Singapore, South Beach and Suntec City, with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as a community partner. The district is positioned as a premium iconic destination that is home to a variety of business and leisure offerings. With its offices, retail and food and beverage options, Marina Central represents a convergence of communities and passions, as well as a shared space for all to come together and enjoy.
