This workshop not only explores the history and essence of traditional tea culture but also emphasizes hands-on experiences and scientific knowledge about healthy tea drinking. Below is a summary of its highlights:

1) Depth of Tea Culture History
The course delves into the origins of tea and its global influence, highlighting its cultural significance and historical value.

2) Practical Experience
Through the tea-brewing session, participants can personally experience the essence of traditional tea culture -- cultivating the mind and body.

3) Knowledge Sharing on Health
This workshop also provides insights into the relationship between tea drinking and health, helping participants debunk common myths and learn scientific methods for healthy tea consumption.

4) Premium Tea Tasting
