About Tina Sim
Tina Sim writes about what life used to be like in Singapore. She is the author of Our Singapore River, Time Travel Singapore, which takes readers back to a day on the river when it was busy, lively, noisy — and smelly! Learn about boatmen, coolies, and merchants, and the ships and cargo that came through the port. She also explains how the river became a vibrant entrepôt, and how Singapore as a nation grew out of this early port.
