A Tradition in Making Zongzi (Dumpling) with Chef Shih

Join Chef Shih from Palate Sensations as she shares the history of bak zhang (dumplings) and demonstrates the making and art of wrapping this delicacy, which is usually eaten during Duan Wu Jie (dragon boat festival).
