While the tastes of modern society are constantly changing, our artisans continue to champion our beloved cultural practices, to ensure that our shared heritage can be enjoyed for generations to come.
Discover the different types of tea, and the origins of Nanyang Tea in Singapore. Learn about tea culture, and savour a cup which you will get to brew yourself. Dive into the history and significance of calligraphy, as well as the development of various brush styles. Try your hand at creating your own calligraphic work, using a special technique that incorporates tea into a unique artwork, for you to take home and appreciate.
