Experience the fusion of traditional pastry-making and local gin craftsmanship as you taste 3 distinctive Singapore-made gins from Brass Lion Distillery. Then, craft your own gin-infused ang ku kueh using a recipe specially innovated by Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh. Take home these unique treats that showcase Singapore’s vibrant culinary heritage with a contemporary twist.

Your session will include:
Brass Lion Off-Site Gin Tasting Experience (15mins)
- Introduction to Brass Lion Distillery
- Gin Tasting Flight of 3 gins

Ji Xiang Make-Your-Own Ang Ku Kueh Experience (45mins)
- Introduction to Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh
- Flavour pairings – 2 gin-infused flavours uniquely crafted for this session only
- Make your own ang ku kuehs – box of 12 to bring home

All equipment, including disposable gloves, will be provided for this session. Participants are advised to wash or sanitise their hands before arrival.
