A spoonful of Peranakan Heritage
In conjunction with National Heritage Board’s Singapore HeritageFest, Capitol Singapore and CHIJMES honour our nation’s rich and intangible cultural heritage with a series of engaging art workshops. Spend and redeem Peranakan kitchenware or a slot to learn the intricate craft of traditional Peranakan art at the Nyonya Beading Embroidery workshop or Batik Painting workshop or Tile Motif Painting workshop. Beautiful life-sized, Instagram-worthy photo opportunities bringing Peranakan culture to life.

Redeem and pre-register a slot for the workshop at our redemption booth at Capitol Singapore (12pm – 8pm) / CHIJMES (5pm – 10pm).
