Our tour of the Civic District includes some little-known corners of the Fullerton Hotel and the hidden backstory of two heritage bridges which span the Singapore River.

We’ll also show you the Tudor Rose, and an often overlooked little elephant with a royal lineage, at the Old Parliament Arts House (our oldest building) & a secret cemetery with tombs of 19th century pioneers in the grounds of our oldest Christian church, the Armenian, as well as a number of other highlights including some associated with freemasonry (Freemasons Hall & the National Gallery's freemason obelisks and friezes), and the remains of the old Stamford Bridge.

Plus we'll explore the stories behind some of the monuments in this area - the Tan Kim Seng fountain. the 2 Raffles Statues, the Dalhousie Obelisk, the Founders Memorial, the INA monument and the Cenotaph.
