Hear the stories from the family of the Geylang Briyani stall as they share their experience of running and maintaining this third-generation business legacy and what makes their briyani so well-loved by locals. Established in 1964, Geylang Briyani Stall serves authentic chicken and mutton briyani at the iconic Geylang Serai market. Started by Mr Hamid, this stall spans over three generations and is now run by his grandson, 31-year old Hannan, who has been chosen to continue the family business over a career in mechatronics.
