Kueh Kosui

Take your cooking skills to the next level! Instructors from cooking school Food Playground will walk you through the required steps to make the delicate kueh kosui dessert. The steamed rice cake is typically made with tapioca flour, coconut milk and flavored with both palm sugar and pandan.
