Ji Xiang Confectionery

Started out in 1985, Ji Xiang Confectionery (吉祥食品, ‘’ ‘meaning Luck and ‘’ meaning prosperity) has won multiple awards, including the Green Book Best Food Awards and the Slow Food Singapore Heritage Hero Award and recognition through the years.

Today, the family run business sells a total of eight new flavours, including their traditional two flavours, peanut and sweet bean paste. These Ang Ku Kueh are shaped like tortoise to symbolise longevity and it’s made with a bright red auspicious colour.
