In this guided tour of the Eurasian Heritage Gallery, discover the travels of early European immigrants, their contributions to the spice trade in Singapore, and the intermarriages that led to the birth of the Eurasian community as we know it today. End your day on a sweet note with teatime at Quentin’s Eurasian Restaurant, where you’ll be served a slice of traditional sugee cake – a nutty cake made from semolina and almonds and topped with marzipan or icing.
