In this video, he will learn about the clan's activities and also the three treasures of Xinhui from the association's members. He will also learn how one of the treasures - sun-dried mandarin orange peel - can be used to make red bean soup - a hearty dessert that holds many fond memories for Cantonese families and will make you feel right at home.
